Wait - don't click the Proceed to Checkout button just yet! First you must:

• Enter your zip code IF you are in the USA, and then 
• Click the Update button.  The system will add the default shipping method at this time, you can change this later.
• Now, you can click the Proceed to Checkout button

Please click the Ship outside US link. The screen will update and present you with a list of countries. 

• Select the country where you are having your order shipped to.  
• Then click the Update button. The system will add the default shipping method at this time.
• Now you can click the Proceed to checkout button
